advanced filler techniques: combining CaHA, HA and hybrid fillers

This Master Course is intended for physicians with significant experience with injecting soft tissue fillers in the face. The primary objective of this Master Course is improving theoretical knowledge and technical skills with CaHA (Calcium Hydroxylapatite) and the HA Range (CPM Technology) and the unique attributes of combining them.

The hands-on training will take place on 7 & 8 February 2025 in Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

about this course

The rheological properties of CaHA and HA products are highlighted and depending on clinical needs in specific facial areas, a specific product is chosen. The theoretical background of working with Calcium Hydroxylapatite (CAHa, or similar) and HA Range (CPM Technology) filler products is offered through an online study program. Participants will be able to access this on our digital learning platform.

This course is intended for physicians with significant experience in aesthetic injectable procedures. If licensed in your country to independently perform these procedures, in some cases (prescribing) nurses or dentists could also apply.

Please note: in The Netherlands, nurses and dentists are not allowed to perform these procedures and will not be permitted to enter the course. 

theoretical training

The theoretical training part consists of detailed instruction videos that cover the assessment of the facial aging process and essential injection techniques. Participants who would like to test their knowledge are invited to take an optional online exam. Part of the theoretical training, are updated discourses presented by Jani van Loghem that will cover the following topics:

01  CaHA

Calcium Hydroxylapatite's essential knowledge. Learn about the development, properties and mode of action of the CaHA product.

02  HA

Expand your knowledge on the rheological properties of HA and how to use its effects to your advantage.

03  combining CaHA and HA

Learn how to employ CaHA in combination with HA in global facial rejuvenation.

04  high risk areas

And preventative suggestions to minimize risk of complications

05  a global facial approach

A standard protocol for combining CaHA and HA.


personalized hands-on training

During the practical hands-on training, delegates have the opportunity to practice their injection skills under individual guidance. The indications are ordered according to risk level: from basic, very low risk to highly advanced, high-risk treatments. The two days of hands-on training consists of the following:

During this live demonstration you will have the opportunity to learn key messages and anatomical secrets from each faculty as they perform their treatments in different facial areas, and ask them all your questions.

Certificate award ceremony and drinks
Each participant will inject at least three indications per day. Our faculty will be scoring the technical skills using OSATS (Objective Structured Assessment of Technical Skills) forms, as is practiced during medical specialization training.
