scrotal & penile toxin techniques

penile and scrotal enhancement using neuromodulators

This advanced training from Dr. John Leonardo covers the toxins part of his full scope of non-surgical male genital aesthetics - penile girth and flaccid length improvement, scrotal relaxation, and sexual function support. Drawing on neuromodulation protocols, this course teaches physicians how to address common male insecurities like perceived size, shrinkage and sexual performance with botulinum toxin.

You’ll learn how to turn "growers" into "showers", manage hyperactive retraction reflex, and safely administer botulinum toxin to enhance flaccid length, treat premature ejaculation, and improve erectile performance. Clear anatomical guidance, step-by-step demonstrations, and real patient case studies support a practice-ready skillset that can be implemented into any aesthetic clinic.

about

This Collection offers comprehensive guidance in male intimate aesthetics. Taught by Dr. John Leonardo and Dr. Alon Schneider, it combines aesthetic judgment, sexual medicine, and functional anatomy into a single, highly-specialized training.

You’ll gain insight in two distinct yet complementary male sexual areas: penile and scrotal neurotoxin indications. Across all included discourses and instruction videos, Dr. Leonardo and Dr. Schneider guide you through risk zones, reconstitution protocols, injection techniques and follow-up timelines in combination with dermal filler injections for penile augmentation (which is taught in our separate online course on non-surgical penile augmentation).

Each module addresses key concerns for male patients: improving perceived size, reducing shrinkage, enhancing sexual performance, and increasing self-esteem. The course also highlights the psychological burden behind the "locker room syndrome" and how aesthetic physicians should respond with both clinical skill and human insight.

Featuring extensive before-and-after images, ultrasound-anatomy correlation, and troubleshooting tips, this course empowers you to offer high-impact, low-risk treatment protocols with confidence. Follow-up care, patient communication, and long-term outcomes are woven throughout.

theoretical content

This course synthesizes leading techniques in aesthetic and sexual wellness medicine to deliver a robust, real-world education in male genital rejuvenation.

01  penile neuromodulation & functional enhancement

Here, botulinum toxin is used intracavernosally to address hyperactive penile retraction reflex (shrinkage), improve erectile function, and support endurance. The technique relaxes smooth muscle tone in the corpus cavernosum, creating better hang and reduced flaccid-to-erect discrepancy. It may also lower the dose needed for PDE5 inhibitors like Viagra.

02  scrotal neuromodulators for aesthetic & sensory optimization

It focuses on scrotal neurotoxin. By relaxing the dartos and cremaster muscles, the scrotum hangs lower and moves more freely—an effect patients report enhances sexual experience and confidence. You’ll explore dosing, dilution, risk of torsion, and proper spacing of small aliquots across the scrotal skin.
Across all modules, theoretical training is reinforced with live case studies, product comparisons, and safety protocols. The content supports a new, respectful standard of care in men’s aesthetics—one that’s evidence-based, patient-centered, and emotionally intelligent.
