This Master Course introduces two of the most in-demand aesthetic treatments worldwide: botulinum toxin and hyaluronic acid fillers. Teaching delegates how to assess patients effectively and plan safe treatments, choose correct dosages and techniques with needle or cannula, apply evidence-based injection protocols for low- and moderate-risk areas and prevent and manage complications with confidence.

personalized hands-on training

During the practical hands-on training, as a delegate, you will be welcomed to share which indications you would like to inject. The indications are ordered according to risk level; from basic, very low risk to highly advanced, high-risk treatments. Only low and moderate risk areas will be covered in this course.

course level: entry

This course is intended for physicians with limited or no experience in aesthetic injectable procedures. If licensed in your country to independently perform these procedures, in some cases (prescribing) nurses or dentists could also apply.
Please note: in The Netherlands, nurses and dentists are not allowed to perform these procedures. Unfortunately, Dutch nurses or dentists will not be permitted to enter the course.

theoretical content

Our Master Courses are intended to prioritize patient safety and becoming confident in performing aesthetic procedures. They offer a comprehensive training experience, combining a solid theoretical background with hands–on treatment sessions and live assessment of skills.
The theoretical training is provided through our digital platform under the section Online Learning Materials. This includes detailed instruction videos that cover the assessment of the facial aging process and essential injection techniques. 

The theoretical foundation of this Master Course is supported by two key reference works by Dr. Jani van Loghem: 'Botulinum Toxin in Aesthetic Medicine' for the botulinum toxin part, and 'Facial Filler Essentials - Quick Reference Guide' for the soft tissue fillers part. Both are available as ebooks within the online learning material.
Participants who wish to test their knowledge can also access an optional online multiple-choice examination. In addition, discourses presented by Dr. Jani van Loghem and Dr. Job Thuis, are also part of the online learning material and cover the following topics:
