personalised hands-on  training

hands-on training with fillers and other products

During this day we will work with a small group of 5 delegates and 2 patient models for the hands-on training. The participants' hands-on practice under expert supervision will focus on technique, safety, and patient comfort.

live demonstrations on patient models using non-invasive techniques

01  labial contouring with fillers

  • Technique: Injection of dermal fillers (like hyaluronic acid) to enhance the shape and symmetry of the labia minora and majora.
  • Goal: To achieve a more balanced and aesthetically pleasing appearance of the labia.
  • Demonstration: Detailed steps of assessment, marking, injection techniques, and achieving natural-looking results.

02  volumization procedures for labia majora

  • Technique: Using specific fillers to add volume to the labia majora, addressing issues like laxity or deflation due to aging.
  • Goal: To restore or enhance the youthful fullness of the labial area.
  • Demonstration: Techniques for even distribution of fillers, ensuring a smooth, natural texture and appearance.

03  vulvar rejuvenation

  • Technique: Application of non-invasive methods like topical peelings or laser therapy to improve the texture and tone of the vulvar skin.
  • Goal: To rejuvenate the vulvar area, reducing signs of aging or pigmentation.

04  PRP and HA for vaginal rejuvenation therapy

  • Technique: Utilizing PRP injections derived from the patient’s own blood to stimulate tissue regeneration and improve overall tissue health in the vaginal tissue. Also can done with a low crossed linked HA.
  • Goal: To enhance skin quality, elasticity, and possibly improve sexual function. Also vaginal improvement of atrophy.
  • Demonstration: Steps of PRP preparation, injection techniques, and post-treatment care.

05  PRP clitoris injections

  • Technique: This involves the careful injection of PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) directly into the clitoral tissue.
  • Goal: The primary objective is to enhance sexual pleasure by increasing clitoral sensitivity and potentially improving blood flow. This can lead to heightened arousal and an improved sexual experience.
  • Procedure: The technique requires precise and gentle administration, with a focus on correct dosage and injection sites to avoid any discomfort or complications.

06  G-Zone amplification

  • Technique: G-zone amplification involves the injection of a dermal filler with a needle or a - cannula with typically hyaluronic acid or PRP, into the front wall of the vagina, around the area traditionally known as the G-spot.
  • Goal: The aim is to enhance sexual pleasure by enlarging this sensitive area, potentially making it easier to stimulate during sexual activity.
  • Procedure: The procedure requires knowledge of vaginal anatomy and precision in the injection process to ensure effective results and patient comfort.
  • Demonstration: The training will provide step-by-step guidance on performing this procedure, including patient selection, injection technique, and managing expectations.

07  perineal injections

  • Technique: This involves injecting fillers or PRP into the perineal area, which is the region between the vagina and the anus.
  • Goal: The goal is typically to improve the aesthetic appearance, reduce discomfort caused by scarring (such as from episiotomy or childbirth), and potentially enhance sexual satisfaction.

Creating smart entry points based on the anatomy, easy penetration through entry points, pencil rolling technique, the JVL bolus in high-risk areas, superficial and deep injection, bolus injection and retrograde injections and ligament lifting. After the treatment procedures have been discussed, small groups of up to five delegates will be injecting the patients after demonstration and under the guidance of our expert faculty.
